Payment Options

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Care Credit as methods of payment. We are in-network providers for:

• Eagles Benefits

• Delta dental premier

• Metlife

• United Concordia PPO/Tri Care

• Florida combined life PPO/plus plans

For some insurances, we can bill your dental insurance as an out of network provider. For others, they only allow you to see an in-network provider. Please check with your specific insurance company to find out more
